Pass 1 methodology
Identify SFDC revenue cells (state × city × product) with no matching content. Apply 10% / 20% / 30% SEO capture rate to exposed revenue. Range = conservative / plausible / aggressive. No GA4 organic-attribution dependency — revenue is invoice-grounded. This is the same approach used for the MM IEA ($21.2M conservative → $42.3M plausible) adapted to PS's inventory and SFDC data.
Conservative · 10% capture rate
$6.3M/year
  • State × product pages (78): $4.4M from $44M exposed (top-14 states)
  • Missing city pages (~15): $330K from $3.3M exposed
  • 40ft hub + internal linking: $1.0M from $20.5M 40ft SFDC
  • Rental intent hub: $560K from $56M rental revenue
Plausible · 20% capture rate
$9.4M/year
  • State × product pages (78): $8.8M from $44M exposed
  • Missing city pages (~15): $660K from $3.3M exposed
  • 40ft hub + internal linking: $2.0M from $20.5M 40ft SFDC
  • Rental intent hub: $1.1M from $56M rental revenue
Aggressive · 30% capture rate
$12.6M/year
  • State × product pages (78): $13.2M from $44M exposed
  • Missing city pages (~15): $990K from $3.3M exposed
  • 40ft hub + internal linking: $3.0M from $20.5M 40ft SFDC
  • Rental intent hub: $1.7M from $56M rental revenue
  • Requires: full 78-page build, all city pages, schema on all 242 existing pages, internal linking architecture. 18–24 month horizon.

Why this estimate is conservative by design
The capture rate (10–30%) is applied only to SFDC revenue already in states/cities PS operates in — there's no "new market" assumption. The 10% floor reflects the reality that SEO drives a fraction of total pipeline, even for high-intent queries. The $56M rental revenue exposure for the rental hub uses total rental SFDC, but the hub would only capture organic searches — not direct/referral/paid revenue. Pass 2 will tighten this with GA4 organic attribution once the landing_page × session → quote probabilistic join is built.
